Meet Jennifer Conrick

What human quality do you most admire and also most deplore?

I most admire kindness and it goes such a long way and most deplore dishonesty.

What is your guiltiest pleasure? 

Homemade Chocolate Cake with lots of frosting!

What is your idea of perfect happiness? 

My perfect happiness is being surrounded my niece (4) and nephew’s (2) wonderful laughs, hugs and their endless curiosity.

What is the app you wish someone would invent? 

I would love an app that would scan my emails, highlight deadlines, schedule meetings and set reminders.  My days are usually heavily booked so evenings consist of making sure nothing was missed in my inbox.  This would be a lifesaver.

In this short time, any tips from working from home? 

I recommend getting up, getting dressed and for me putting on earrings makes me feel a little more normal in a time that is anything but.  Also I encourage taking breaks, have a clear stop time, let the sun shine on your skin and make sure you talk with coworkers, family and friends who make you laugh on a regular basis.

What is the most fun in your job? 

Hands down the most fun part of my job is the people.  I am surrounded by some of the smartest and best people I have ever worked with. I have made great friends and have regular belly laughs.

Any secret places/hang out/food in the Bay Area that you can clue us in on? 

A hidden gem is Ristorante Milano where you are warmly welcomed in this family owned restaurant and delighted with amazingly fresh pasta – it is a neighborhood favorite.  If you like Ramen or don’t believe you do – get in line at Mensho Tokyo and prepare to add this to your list of favorite spots!
