My username and password doesn’t work.
This could be one of two issues.
1) You haven’t renewed your membership yet for 2020. We launched this new web site in August 2019 and did not port over the former usernames and passwords. If this is the case, we invite you to renew here.
2) You forgot your user name or password. You can reset it here. The email you’ll receive will also have your username.
I can’t get the member pricing for an event.
Please double-check that you are logged into the site. If you have trouble logging in, please try resetting your password.
My credit card is not working.
We use PayPal for our payment gateway, which is very strict about your name, address — including zip code — and phone number exactly matching your billing statement. Please double-check and try again. If you are still having trouble, please let us know.
My company is a corporate member, but I’m not sure how to add myself to our account.
You can find our active corporate members here. Please locate your corporation in the drop down menu and fill out your information. If you don’t find your corporation listed there, they have not renewed yet, but can renew here.
I joined, but never received a notification email to activate my account.
