What human quality do you most admire and also most deplore?

Empathy is most admired, insensitivity is deplored. I pay attention to how others treat servers in restaurants and executives treat subordinates – it tells me lot about a person and I like to get to “no” quickly when it comes to making new friends 

What is your guiltiest pleasure? 

Tik Tok Tiger King Dance & Love and Hip Hop “Miami” on VH-1 – don’t judge, it got cray

What is your idea of perfect happiness? 

80 degrees, full sun, no humidity, sitting on a good spot on the porch of Duckhorn Vineyards in Napa w friends and family (very specific I know, but when you know you know)

What is the app you wish someone would invent? 

An app that would auto fact-check things from you know who before he says who knows what

In this short time, any tips from working from home? 

Blue light glasses and taking some calls while walking 

What is the most fun in your job? 

I like helping the people I’ve worked with (especially in these past 10+ years) succeed
